Michael combines deep technical knowledge with practical execution. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, his track record includes projects in waste-to-energy plants, biomass heating systems, steam and condensate networks, compressed air optimization, and water treatment systems. Certified in energy management, auditing, and infrared thermography, he brings a results-oriented mindset and a pragmatic engineering approach to every client project.

Before founding Unique Energy Solutions in Cary, North Carolina, Michael held senior technical
and leadership roles in energy-intensive industries: managing multimillion-euro utility systems, directing cross-functional engineering teams of up to 15 people, and driving performance improvements in complex production environments.

Michael is a German-trained Mechanical Engineer and holds a degree (Diplom-Ingenieur) equivalent to a Master of Science in Engineering.
