His previous roles include Head of Utilities and Services at Chemische Fabrik Budenheim KG (Dr. Oetker), Project Engineer at Brunel GmbH, and Manager of Energy Supply at Smurfit Kappa Zülpich Papier GmbH.

Michael holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and has extensive experience in managing energy-related projects, process optimization, and leading teams.
